1. Customized and Handcrafted Products
All MySpirit Bowls are individually handcrafted and customized for each customer. Due to this unique process, no two bowls are identical. Variations in color, inclusions, surface texture, tone, and overtones are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.

2. No Returns or Refunds
As each bowl is specially made for the customer, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not possible.

3. Product Variations
Images and descriptions on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The delivered product may differ slightly in appearance, weight, and sound. These variations are part of the uniqueness of handcrafted bowls.

4. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in advance through the available online payment methods provided at checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received in full.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs vary depending on the country of delivery and are displayed at checkout.

• MySpirit Bowls carefully packages all products to ensure safe delivery.

• Customers are required to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Any shipping damage must be reported by email within 24 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence. Reports submitted later cannot be considered.

6. Import Duties & Taxes
For international deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

7. Proper Use and Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for the correct and mindful use of their bowls. MySpirit Bowls cannot be held liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper handling or use.

• A gentle and careful approach is required when playing the bowls.

• We strongly recommend completing our online course before using the bowls to ensure safe and effective practice.

• Familiarity with the different mallets and their appropriate use is expected.

8. Care and Storage
To preserve the quality and longevity of your bowl, please follow these guidelines:

• Store in a closed display cabinet or other protected environment.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• Avoid exposure to extreme heat, cold, or direct sunlight.

• Store at room temperature under stable conditions.

• Handle with care at all times, as crystal bowls are fragile and can be damaged by impact.

9. Disclaimer
MySpirit Bowls are intended for personal use, meditation, and sound experiences. They are not medical devices and should not be used as a substitute for medical treatment. We do not guarantee any therapeutic or healing outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability
MySpirit Bowls accepts no liability for:

• Damages caused by improper use, handling, or storage.

• Injuries resulting from incorrect playing techniques.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

By purchasing and using our products, the customer accepts full responsibility for their use and agrees to handle the bowls with care.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on www.myspiritbowls.com, including product descriptions, images, designs, and online course materials, is the intellectual property of MySpirit Bowls and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

12. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria.

Training:

General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the Sound Healing Training

Payment terms:
The total cost of the Sound Healing training is due in full before the start of the training. Participation in the training is only possible after full payment of the training fee. Installment payments : If payment by installments has been agreed upon, the individually agreed upon payment method applies, but a maximum of three installments are possible. The first installment must be paid before the start of the first day of attendance .

Refunds:
A refund of the amount paid is possible up to 14 days before the start of the event, in which case 50% of the training fee will be refunded.
Cancellations made after midnight 14 days before the start of the event are non-refundable.

Participation in face-to-face training sessions:
If a participant is unable to attend the face-to-face sessions due to illness, this must be notified in writing via email at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. With timely notification, the missed session can be made up for in the next training session. In this case, a refund or partial refund of the training fees is excluded.

Exchange/postponement of training:
If you wish to postpone or exchange your course to another course, a processing fee of €150 will be charged. This fee is payable regardless of the original training costs.

Missed appointments
Missed appointments that are not reported in writing within 48 hours of the appointment will expire and cannot be rescheduled.

Changes and Cancellations of the Training Program:
The organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel training dates. In such cases, participants will be notified in a timely manner and offered an alternative participation option.

Binding nature
By registering for the Sound Healing training, the participant accepts these terms and conditions as binding.

Events:

A 50% refund of the ticket price is available if cancellation is made up to 24 hours before the start of the event. This gives us the opportunity to offer your seat to other interested parties.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations received less than 24 hours before the event. Planning and preparing events requires resources and commitments that we cannot adjust at this time.

1:1 sessions:

Refund up to 14 days before the 1:1 session (50%)

Cancellations after midnight 14 days before the event will not be refunded. 

Rebooking is possible up to 3 days in advance (72 hours). A small rebooking fee of 35 euros will be charged.
